Fixology is a UK AI and automation consultancy. We build the systems that answer enquiries, fill diaries, send quotes, chase invoices and collect reviews, so the people in your business can do the work only people can do.
Why we exist
Most small and medium UK businesses are held together by people doing repetitive work that a machine should be doing. Someone retypes an enquiry into a spreadsheet. Someone remembers to chase a quote. Someone writes an invoice at nine at night. None of that is skilled work, and all of it is expensive.
The technology to remove it has existed for a while. What has not existed is anyone willing to explain it in plain English, price it honestly, and start small enough that a business owner can afford to find out whether it works.
That is the gap we are in. We are not trying to sell you a digital transformation. We are trying to take one annoying job off your plate, prove it worked, and then take another.
What we believe
Automation should be boring
The best automation is the one nobody talks about, because it just quietly works. We are not interested in impressive demos that need a person babysitting them.
Start with proof, not a programme
Anyone who wants to sell you a twelve-week transformation before proving a single automation works is managing their revenue, not your risk.
Own it, don't rent it
You should be able to fire us and keep everything we built. If a supplier's business model depends on you being unable to leave, that tells you something.
Say the number
'Significant efficiency gains' means nothing. Hours per week and pounds per year mean something. We put numbers on things and then check whether we were right.
A human where it matters
AI is very good at the repetitive 80% and genuinely dangerous on the last 20%. We are careful about which is which, and we do not pretend the line does not exist.
No jargon
If we cannot explain what we are building to a busy business owner in two sentences, we do not understand it well enough to build it.
