AI customer service

AI customer service and virtual receptionist

A 24/7 concierge that answers the repetitive questions, books the easy jobs, and passes the rest to you with context.

The problem

A large share of the questions your team answers are the same handful, asked again and again: are you open, do you cover my area, how much is it roughly, can I get an appointment this week. Every one of those interrupts someone who should be doing skilled work.

What we build

Answers the repetitive 80%

Opening hours, coverage, pricing bands, parking, what to bring, how to prepare, where you are. Answered instantly, correctly, in your tone.

Books straight into the diary

When the customer is ready, the agent checks real availability and books them in, then sends the confirmation and reminder.

Escalates properly

Complaints, complex cases and anything sensitive are handed to a named human immediately, with the full conversation attached so the customer never repeats themselves.

Works where your customers are

Website, WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook messages, all answered by the same agent with the same knowledge.

What changes

  • โœ“Repetitive questions answered without interrupting your team
  • โœ“Out-of-hours enquiries handled instead of lost
  • โœ“Humans spend their time on the cases that actually need them

Who this is for

Questions

Will customers know they are talking to an AI?

Yes, and we recommend being upfront about it. Trying to pass an agent off as a person backfires the moment it gets something wrong. Customers are fine with an AI that is genuinely useful and hands over quickly when it is not.

What if it cannot answer?

It says so and gets a human, rather than guessing. We would rather it escalate too often at the start and tune it down than have it invent answers.

How much cheaper is this than a receptionist?

It is not a replacement for a good receptionist, it is cover for the hours and volumes a receptionist cannot handle. Most clients use it to cover evenings, weekends and overflow rather than to cut a role.
