Reviews & reputation
Automated review generation and reputation management
Ask happy customers for a review at the right moment, and catch unhappy ones privately before they post.
The problem
Reviews are the single biggest driver of local trust, and most businesses ask for them inconsistently or not at all, because asking feels awkward and it is nobody's job.
What we build
Ask at the right moment
The request goes out when satisfaction is highest: right after the job is completed and paid, not three weeks later.
Catch problems privately first
A quick sentiment check routes unhappy customers to you directly rather than to a public review page, so you get the chance to put it right.
Make it one tap
A direct link to your Google review page. Every extra step loses a large share of people.
Reply to everything
Drafted responses to every review, good and bad, ready for you to approve. Responding is itself a ranking and trust signal.
What changes
- โA steady flow of genuine reviews instead of a trickle
- โUnhappy customers heard privately before they post publicly
- โBetter local visibility, because reviews drive the map pack
Tools we work with
We build on top of what you already use. If your tool is not listed, it almost certainly still works: ask us.
Who this is for
Trades & home services
Catch the calls you miss on a job, quote before the competition, and get paid without chasing.
๐ฉบClinics & healthcare
Fill the diary, cut no-shows, and take the pressure off a front desk that cannot answer every call.
๐ฝ๏ธHospitality & salons
Take bookings without tying up staff during service, cut no-shows, and turn regulars into reviews.
Questions
Is it allowed to filter out bad reviews?
No, and we do not do it. Gating reviews so only happy customers can post is against Google's policies. What we do is ask everyone for feedback and give unhappy customers a direct line to you first. They can still leave a public review whenever they want.
Can you incentivise reviews?
Not with payments or discounts. That breaches Google's policy and it is obvious to readers. Timing and ease are what actually work.
